Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica in nearly every area of our business, including finance, inventory & warehouse management, and merchandising.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Knowledge Library

Cons

  • Inventory Cost Management
  • Feature Development is slow
  • Selling the product via 3rd party VARs complicates the process
  • Helpful for consolidation of tools
  • Implementation costs were higher than discussed and expected
It has given internal folks robust tools that are reliable

Well suited as an IMS/WMS. Not very well suited for cost management for inventory. The finance and accounting features are acceptable. Does not connect well (in he current version) with Shopify.
