Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use it to run all of our operations. It helps us streamline accounts receivable, accounts payable and shipping operations.

Pros

  • It helps automate repeatable tasks
  • It connects accounts well to all things that make up a customer or vendor
  • It has a built in approval mapping that helps keep things controlled

Cons

  • The system could add some better shipment adjustment features
  • The system could add some better sales order adjustment features
  • Increased net income number by detecting areas of improvement
  • Able to produce more sales orders per day by increased efficiency
We have been able to turn out more orders based on improved processes
It helped us lot track items and streamline order processing.
