Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
ERP for our distribution, manufacturing, and retail businesses. Provides a single pane of glass for areas of the company. Easily modified by position or user to make sure that each position has access to the data they need and the modules their role takes action in. Overall a pretty intuitive system that continues to improve.
Pros
- Reporting easy to build and modify
- Dashboard views that links to reporting
- connecting the dots between reporting and actions that are taken in screens
Cons
- complex configurations and hierarchies
- limitations in some of the modules require integrations with additional vendors
- Limited AI up until recently.
- Overall simplification of running the business
- A lot of automation opportunities with business events and schedules
Easier visibility on customer historical behaviors has allowed us to better anticipate their needs. Adding side panels to the sales order screen brings a lot of information to our sales teams fingertips
