Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Acumatica handles customer management, Accounts receivables, invoicing, accounts payable, expense tracking, sales opportunities, project quotes, project management, inventory and Warehouse Management, employee specs and time tracking. It manages post installation service projects, Service contracts, warranties, and progress reporting. It has the capability to keep track of cases internally and/or externally as well as drawing requests, change request, and much more.

It houses all of the information that we have on customers, builders, designers, electricians, engineers, technicians, project managers, and sales staff as well as inventory and time sold, budgets vs. actual amounts and quantities used, and my favorite feature is the tie of purchase orders as commitments to projects. Dashboards do a great job of tracking everything.
