Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use it mainly for accounting.
The problem it most helps solve is being able to see our inventory in one place for ordering.

whenever I use Acumatica's AI functions all I get is a JSON structure back
it has helped our customers understand the JSON format
Our customers have enjoyed being able to login to our Acumatica instance to upload files of their pets
Acumatica has helped us with knowing how much to order and when
Acumatica allowed us to use single sign on
