Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I used Acumatica in Accounts payable. The problem was the way the old system prepares the check run, Acumatica way of running the process is very smooth and time saving. The possibilities of exporting the results to Excel make a big difference in data analytics and decision making at the time of payment to vendors.

Pros

Cons

  • When filter something and then go back, the filter is gone, this is very annoying
  • On the approvals , it should be nice to have a total field to see the amount
We don't have this capability yet.
Just the part that we have is the invoice recognition.
My role at the company doesn't allowed me to interact with our customers
I used Acumatica in the AP side, time for invoice capture into the system and process for payment have been reduced significantly in comparison with our previous program.

Yes

Acumatica with the invoice recognition saves a lot of time, the AI part of it creates a good stream line while capturing the invoice. Also the móvil app helps with the approval if the person is not available in the office and it needs to take care of any situation in the system.
