Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I use it for timecards, AP processing, purchase orders, cash purchases, bank reconciliation. We have had good support, however, the amount of special orders is too much, as is the amount of modifications. The short timeliness for support that is included in the initial setup is too short. I like the concept, but all the special modifications and extra charges is almost not worth it. I feel we were and are a test subject and we are paying the price for all the issues.

Yes, I would say 20% of 100% is AI helpful. I and others still have a lot of manual entry. Or a lot of times having to override the AI helpfulness.
It does not at this time, as stated previously, there are too many issues and special modifications.
