Overall Satisfaction with Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR

I purchased and installed [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] to replace SentinelOne. The implementation and setup of [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] is easy to deploy and manage. The portal's dashboard is much better to see issues and resolve any issues that might arise for in-house and deployment to clients. We have deployed [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] to our clients without issues. Management is just a few clicks away for any of the clients we support.

SentinelOne is hard to setup and configure. Not easy to work with support. [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR]'s support and setup is much easier and I think [has] better protection.

[Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] is easy to license, set up, and maintain. [We are] using the portal for centrally managed customers and for ourselves. Having multiple ways to install the program makes this even better. If you ever have to contact support, they are the best. Fast response and support is better than price. That being said, the price of the product is better than all of the others on the market.
I can have my staff login and support the clients. I could not [do this] with other products as they limited the user login to just one user. Having multiple users able to log in and check the clients makes our operation run smoother. This helps with any tech that might be out at the client site and/or on vacation. This also being a superior product, gives the client better coverage and peace of mind.

So far, I have found that [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] works in all environments. This is a need for all companies to have to better protect themselves. Every level of protection that you / the company can have is best. [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] can be deployed on all systems even without internet as long as there is a cached computer on the network that systems can get to for updates. WatchGuard and Panda have really gone and thought of most scenarios for customers and their networks to get better protected.

Using Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR

18 - We have the CEO and the rest of the C Suite using Adaptive Defense 360. Our Accounting department has Adaptive Defense 360 installed. All of the technical staff for both the Data MSP/MSSP and Voice Technicians. All of the management staff have Adaptive Defense 360 installed. And we have extended the coverage to be family members and their devices are covered using Adaptive Defense 360.
3 - Just a few of the technical help desk staff manage the portal for the Adaptive Defense. Skills range from Level 1 to Level 3. All technical staff has access to the portal. However, we are finding that we only need one person to manage the portal for our organization and those portals for our customers, and this is only for about 10 minutes a day.

The ease of use, pricing, support, reliability, and quality of the product. Panda / WatchGuard products are highly rated, priced right and easy to maintain. All of this make it very easy to renew and purchase new licenses for us and our clients.
