I purchased and installed [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] to replace SentinelOne. The implementation and setup of [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] is easy to deploy and manage. The portal's dashboard is much better to see issues and resolve any issues that might arise for in-house and deployment to clients. We have deployed [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR] to our clients without issues. Management is just a few clicks away for any of the clients we support.

SentinelOne is hard to setup and configure. Not easy to work with support. [Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR]'s support and setup is much easier and I think [has] better protection.

I can have my staff login and support the clients. I could not [do this] with other products as they limited the user login to just one user. Having multiple users able to log in and check the clients makes our operation run smoother. This helps with any tech that might be out at the client site and/or on vacation. This also being a superior product, gives the client better coverage and peace of mind.

18 - We have the CEO and the rest of the C Suite using Adaptive Defense 360. Our Accounting department has Adaptive Defense 360 installed. All of the technical staff for both the Data MSP/MSSP and Voice Technicians. All of the management staff have Adaptive Defense 360 installed. And we have extended the coverage to be family members and their devices are covered using Adaptive Defense 360.
3 - Just a few of the technical help desk staff manage the portal for the Adaptive Defense. Skills range from Level 1 to Level 3. All technical staff has access to the portal. However, we are finding that we only need one person to manage the portal for our organization and those portals for our customers, and this is only for about 10 minutes a day.
