Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I used Adobe for Creating and Editing Promotional Flyers. Creating and Editing Technical Documents. Reviewing documents created by others. Internal Flyers and Educational Documents.

Adobe allows me to quickly edit and update pieces when market conditions or requirements change.

I do run into issues from time to time with the document saving properly.

Utilizing Adobe within my organization allows me to be more efficient.

Ease of Use. Not everyone in our organization is tech savvy and Adobe is relatively easy to use. It is important that Adobe be as user friendly as possible. We strive to provide tools everyone can use and benefit from. There are some editing functions that could be more intuitive.

I think that Adobe's security and compliance standards are strong. I do think that an individual with in depth knowledge of Adobe could potentially still edit a document that they may not be authorized to and this causes me some concern. More password protection options on documents would be great.

Adobe has been great to use for marketing and promotional pieces. They are quick to edit and update.

I sometimes run into difficulties with converting technical documents. Some of the images tend to shift or reformat.

It would be good to offer promotional discounts based on company size. I think the annual cost is high.

Adobe is a must have for in house marketing.
