Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I currently use Adobe Acrobat Pro to both view and edit PDF documents. In some instances, I also view layouts and drawings for our projects.

  • The UI needs to be a little more intuitive.
  • Some conversions to PDF are not straight forward.
  • Option for close all documents would be great.

Most other companies that need the ability to view PDFs have Adobe as a standard because of being able to use it universally throughout different corporations.
  • This allows us to view PDFs from other companies.
  • Signatures are acceptable through adobe.
  • Documents that we can send without editing.
Adobe document security is very important for us, especially for contracts. We are able to lock down the document as well as add security to the signatures.
  • Bluebeam and Foxit PDF Editor (FoxitPhantom)
We actually use adobe alongside Bluebeam to supliment some of the layer features when looking at plans and layouts. We still use Adobe for ease of use for documents or contracts.

Yes

I enjoy the ease of use for most documents that you need to add or remove pages or do a crop. I also enjoy using the action wizard to edit documents on the fly with the same macros.
