Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use this to retrieve and save documents across all platforms. I can open and save Adobe files on my Samsung phone, Windows software, and tablet operating system.
- Edit files that I can then resend to other users.
- Provide a clean report that is printable and or readable.
- These files can be configured with Adobe Acrobat if it is word, excel, Jif. etc.
- Drop downs can be better organized for those most used.
- Functionality would be better served if a drop-down was added for signature, saved inserts, sender pic, etc.
- I would like to see better integration with docu-sign attachments.
- Compatibility is important to my team when sharing files.
- The need to edit and update in a printable, saved format.
- The software does a good job adding features and providing useful updates.
- Cloud Solutions
- Integration with Other Systems
Integration with other systems is very important since I am often times using various devices and operating systems. This allows me to share needed docs with my team while traveling.
- Increased activity because of reduced down time in file sharing.
- I have little concern with deadlines because I can upload a document to the cloud and edit and update it.
- Errors can be reviewed and corrected reducing time and improving our efficiencies.
Security has been a concern, but not in a burdensome way. We all focus on security, especially in financial services. Adobe has built-in features and updates that address daily security concerns.
Nitro did not always provide updates in a timely manner. I also had issues with it being available on multiple platforms.
