Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Acrobat in our organization for creating PDF documents, e signing pdf, print feature for printing a PDF, converting a non-PDF into PDF, edit feature for editing a PDF, share feature for sharing a PDF with different people, combining features to combining different PDFs, we like using the modern view of Acrobat which is user friendly.

Print feature for printing PDF documents. The print feature is easy to use. Multiple functionalities are there in the dialog box of print features like black and white printing, color printing, printing as an image, printing multiple pages on a single page, printing as a poster, printing of different sizes of paper, etc. The print feature is available on all the Win and Mac Acrobat systems.

Employees in my organization have been using Acrobat for the last ten years, and fortunately, there is not a single case of a data breach because of Adobe Acrobat. This is because Acrobat is ISO compliant, and features like Protect are getting constant upgrades from Adobe to tackle any data-breaching activities. What I have seen for the past one year is that Acrobat is giving a software upgrade every month to tackle this kind of problem.
Acrobat is very popular in the world and secure software, so it is easy for the client to open confidential documents in Acrobat and design the document. Acrobat has a modern view, which is very easy to use. Acrobat takes less time to execute different operations in comparison with different software available in the market. Acrobat has more features available. Acrobat is available on different operating systems.

Acrobat is very useful in printing a PDF document as it takes very little time to print a document. Also, there are multiple good features in print, like quick printing is possible, both sides printing is also there, and multiple pages printing is also there, etc. The sign feature is very helpful and widely used, and there is trust in Acrobat for the sign feature on confidential documents and other software that is not globally trusted. An area where Acrobat is appropriate is that subscription costs are on the higher side if compared with other software available in the market. Different variants of Acrobat are available in the market, so it is sometimes difficult to understand which one to buy.
