Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I use Acrobat primarily to combine artwork files into one file so it's easier for others to review them. This made it a quicker process for my company to do internal reviews- instead of reviewing 10 files separately, people are able to review just one.
  • Combine multiple files into one.
  • Make text editable/copy and pastable.
  • If it's possible to compress a file even more.
  • Be able to work with downloaded fonts.

  • Scalability
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
The combining of files and compressing the final file.
  • Increased operational efficiencies.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Time management.
I would say Acrobat is more user-friendly, especially for those who aren't super tech savvy or doesn't have access to Adobe programs.
