Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use Adobe Acrobat for the purpose of creating and reviewing PDFs. This allows us to create more professional documents and to share information with customers in a way that is read-only and non-editable. The PDFs also provide security in instances where signatures are required. We can also use images which is helpful to customers.
Pros
- Full featured software
- Good security
- Professional appearance
Cons
- Frequency of login popups
- Ability to control image quality
- Control of file size
- Reduces need for paper signature
- Increases productivity
- Improved security
- Ease of Use
The product needs to be easy to use. Ideally it would come pre-installed on computers. If not, the product needs to be something that can be easily installed and set up for authentication. Some customers are not easily able to interact with complex products due to a lack of technical acumen.
The use of electronic signatures is important and provides security in the reaction of documents and the ability to create legally binding agreements that can easily be sent and signed without having to use printing, pens, and papers. This also reduces waste and helps improve productivity.
