Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe Acrobat to open PDF files and fill forms. It helps generating the text boxes automatically and make the form filling processes very smooth.

Pros

  • Open PDF files without issue. All fonts are well displayed. Other softwares sometimes struggle on rarely found fonts.
  • Automatically form text boxes generation.
  • Easy to make comments and edit contents.

Cons

  • Hand written signature does not work as expected.
  • Should allow hand written signature and digital signature together.
  • Editing simple texts require paid license. This should be open to free use.
  • can be slow when opening through browser
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
