Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

For the purpose of form creation, submission, and E-sign. We use the created unified forms for employees, students, and parents to fill out. Form use includes permission, approval, agreement, purchase orders, and documentation. E-sign is leveraged for its ability to get documents signed between offices in different geographic locations and other State level departments that are not integrated with the Department of Education system.

Pros

  • Automatic form creations from existing documents.
  • OCR to allow extraction of data from general work to archival process.

Cons

  • Would help to have the ability to take other document data to prefill existing forms such as purchase orders. From quote to the required document would save time.
