Adobe is a very well-known company and has maintained its security and compliance features for a lot of our contracts and what we are held up to. Because of how large they are, we do not need to worry whether they will continue to be compliant as they always strive to be a top-notch program.
Foxit is a cheaper product, but it does seem a little clunky at times. Things aren't as well organized as Adobe. Adobe does seem easier to use overall
