Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use Adobe Acrobat primarily for viewing and editing PDF documents. Sometimes we use it for signing documents, combining files, extracting pages, and creating fillable forms. Adobe Cloud simplifies our process with file sharing and collaboration. The E-Sign tool helps our team track document progress and finalize it. The GigaSign feature is helpful, and it allows our operations team to send, collect, and track documents for signature to company-wide employees.

The Adobe brand is widely trusted, and it is the best PDF product. Adobe is the pioneer of PDF, and Acrobat is the global standard for PDF modernization. It helps reduce compatibility issues when exchanging documents with external partners, clients, or vendors. File sharing and collaborations can be done using different platforms, a link, or an attachment.
Our organization is required to use data encryption to protect our clients and employees' information to stay in compliance with regulatory standards. Adobe’s security features, such as password protection, encryption, and digital signatures, have drastically reduced our risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data. Digital signatures have enabled us to ensure the authenticity and integrity of documents.
Adobe Acrobat is more expensive, but it has a complete and robust package. A wide range of integration with other platforms, including Windows, Mac, and mobile devices. All of Acrobat's features are advanced and industry standard. Nitro PDF is limited. It has less integration for E-Sign and the security compliance is not as good or enterprise-grade.
