Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use Adobe Acrobat Sign, print to PDF feature, and editing/ commenting on PDFs. This is alot more time efficient than printing hardcopies and scanning which is what we did before. Documents are more easier to control and manage with Adobe Acrobat. Without Adobe things were a mess and cost the company time and resource.
Pros
- Editing documents
- Convert word to pdf, pdf to word, etc
- Sign and scan
- Delete pages in pdf file / extracting certain pages
Cons
- Layout could be more user friendly
- Add a function for powerpoint
- Instead of printing and getting a signature, Adobe sign saves time
- No more bad and unclear handwriting
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
Instead of using a third party to convert files and manually editing paperwork, we got Adobe Acrobat.
I'm actually not sure about the sercruity/ compliance standards by Adobe as that is manily controlled by our IT department so I don't really know or get involved on that.
- PDFgear
- Clip Studio Paint
Adobe Acrobat has more functions than these two. Only reason I used them was because they are free
