Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use Adobe Acrobat to create and sign documents, edit PDF files that have been passed along and create new documents. It serves as a reliable document editor to keep our front of office and correspondences up top date. It allows multiple file types to be adapted into PDF format and streamline files.
Pros
- Editing PDF documents
- Making a redacted copy
- Saving multiple file types in an easy to send format
Cons
- It is cumbersome initially
- It can be difficult to edit a document and have word document like solutions to recreate/correct
- Some features are limited in their functionality
- Reduced time to recreate documents
- Increased efficiency to correct documents
- Allowed for fillable forms to reduce paper trail
- Scalability
- Ease of Use
It's been easy to scale for our document needs and it is relatively easy to use for simple activities for most staff. It's a method that's easy accessible across devices and platforms.
Our organization deals with PHI, so any advanced security options are key. Additionally, we are able to have a licensed account within our university that also allows integrations of our security features.
