Adobe Acrobat streamlines document review and signing
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use Adobe Acrobat a number of different ways: for Employment Contracts. Statements of Work. and Master Service Agreement, we send PDFs for review, comment, and then to digitally sign. We also design and assemble presentations and documents such as user guides for publishing on behalf of our clients.
Pros
- Collecting documents for offset or digital printing based on a printer profile
- Facilitate the review and signing of documents.
- Searching within large documents for specific information.
- Watermarking for security purposes
- Creating fillable forms for data collection and retention
Cons
- Saving a profile for common processes and settings.
- Updating the interface to be in line with other Adobe products
- More visual controls when adding and removing pages
- Our contract agreement are consistent
- Our documents are searchable
- Files for printing are collected and makes the process more efficient, saving us time
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
We use Creative Suite so integrated to all our other products and most clients we work with are familiar with using PDFs for signing and reviewing. It makes the process simple.
The security and product updates in the Creative Suite are frequent, and the process and communications when security updates are needed is clearly communicated.
- DocuSign
I think the creation and signing is all one product, it makes it easier to use Adobe Acrobat instead of other products.
