Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

To open and edit all the pdf's we work with. It is a lot more user friendly than other pdf clients. On our invoices I add our internal process numbers before I save it, eliminating the need to print the invoice and manually write the details on their. It also saves me from printing unnecessary documents.

Pros

Cons

  • How to custom setup your view. When I open a document there is a comment tab on the right hand side that I have to close every time!
  • Add more editing features in the free version
We don't pay for it at the moment.
None, but it is good to know that my digital signature is safe!
Adobe Acrobat is a lot more user friendly. I navigate around a lot easier. With the others there is always some limitations.

It is simple to use, self explanatory and gets the job done. Editing a document is easy enough, commenting on it is easy enough and saving the document is easy enough. If I get get rid of the comment window when I open a document that would be great! Maybe there is a way?
