Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use this product for the creation of presentations to our customers for review ... costing, line sheets, and various documents. This product provides us with the ability to combine multiple documents into a presentation that we can provide to our Customers. Sharing a PDF is much safer than sharing a word document, and comparable across all devices and Operating systems. Adobe Acrobat DC has provided us with a great tool to create presentations that are easy to use and safe and secure to share.

We love the ease in which I can store edit and create the documents for
our weekly meetings. I'm able to convert our meeting notes and graphs

of use. Electronic Signature makes signing documents easy and once done
the PDF doc can be attached and sent using email."
Adobe has robust security features developed into its products. Encryption is extremely important to us when creating a PDF file before emailing it to a client. Our clients ask us to ensure the security of their information along with the sensitive pricing and our supplier/vendor information. We have not faced any security problems while using Adobe Acrobat DC.
We did not compare as we know Adobe is the best there is for what we need

Being in the fashion industry we create presentations to our customers to review items that consist of multiple pages for
booklets, programs, and magazines clippings, Adobe Acrobat DC allows our employees to combine multiple file-formats and arrange the order in one screen and preview the finished product prior to sending it to a client for review. The
downside is that the files are typically large and Adobe Acrobat DC does not do an adequate job of compressing them for email which creates an extra step when sending files. This does not present a huge issue but it would be nice to have it have a built-in function to eliminate this issue.

3 - The personnel in our company that support Adobe are IT professionals. While it's not required to be technical to support this product our staff is well verse in it use. We do have a few power uses that assist the users if they have issues.
  • Our Graphics department use the product for marking presentations.
  • Finance uses the product for end of month financial reports
  • Sales use the products for presentations and customer reporting

Evaluating Adobe Acrobat and Competitors

We would not change how we evaluated this product as we had experience with it in some fashion prior to our purchase. When comparing this product in the market place there really is not product that can hold a candle up to Adobe suite of tools.

We really have not needed much in the way of support but when we have their support with our issues has been very good.
