Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use it for tax, investments account openings and transfers, and updating client files that are presented to us. When a client gives us a document from an outside source, we need to use Adobe Acrobat to adapt it to our use and to fill out the information that the client needs.
Pros
- Editing text
- Analyzing the page for what is already on it
- Saving the information for a new document
Cons
- Changing editing tools
- Adding multiple signatures (for household use)
- Adding a few more editing tools
- Increased productivity
- Increased efficiency
- Increased flexibility for accepting types of documents
- Scalability
- Ease of Use
Ease of use is the most important factor. We have allowed a number of members of our large team to incorporate Adobe Acrobat into their tech stack to use to edit and adapt documents for clients and we generally do not have to instruct employees on how to edit. They can pick it up and go.
As we work with investments and tax documents, this is one major factor we appreciate about Adobe Acrobat. In looking for new tools, we need to ensure they are compliant and fit our standards and Adobe Acrobat does fit those standards for security and compliance that helps us do our job well.
