Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat is used to view and create documents and make edits and changes. It is extremely useful in converting documents and making changes to PDF files. It is a program that is used daily by myself and organisational wide.
Pros
- Ease to edit documents
- Converting documents to other formats
- Easy to change settings for reading
Cons
- adding in fillable field can be a bit time consuming, boxes often need adjusting.
- E-Sign to store/hold more signatures
- Increased efficiency as documents are easy to update and change
- Being able to convert to different formats has increased productivity and time management
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
Reasonable price for the organisation and ease of use as well as it is compatible with most other software and programs used.
We require our documents to be secure and once sent out, to be non-editable, as we send contracts and procedures. We appreciate knowing our documents are safe and protected.
