Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We are using this tool for managing and editing of the pdf files. It very easy to navigate, secure, robust and scalable tool. It is free of cost with limited features as well as available on all platform, desktop, web and mobile app. Also we can add digital sign and password protection that protects from unauthorised access. Also we can convert pdf in word or vice versa very quickly. we can reorganise the pdf pages as well. It is very useful in our daily tasks as well.

Cons

  • Tool subscription costing is not user friendly.
  • Internet connection always require to use the premium features.
  • Printing of the pdf is easy because it saves from the data loss issue in documents.
  • Adding of signature on pdf files very useful for background verification.
