Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe to view .pdf's. We also use it to edit documents and leave notes for reference. The redaction feature is great and enables us to easily use this feature. We also use the bate stamp feature for court filings. On occasion we have used it to create forms that can be used throughout our office. The combine feature allows you to easily merge 2 or more documents together. The Extract feature also allows you to remove pages that are not needed.

  • Extract feature - Delete button on page is in a bad spot
  • Combine feature - Documents sometime disappear in the drop down list
  • Becomes unresponsive while using
  • Bate Labeling has allowed us to keep this job in house and saves us time and money.
  • Filling in forms saves time and money by just working from the computer screen and not wasting money on paper.
  • Redacting documents on the screen is a time saver!

How easy will it be for my staff to use Acrobat? Will they be able to learn it by themselves or will it require an instructor to come in and show them how to use the product. Will the product work with the other software that the office uses? We currently are able to create pdf's from within Word and need to be able to do that on an ongoing basis.
The security features as well as the Adobe name gives us great confidence that the software is safe and continues to make us comfortable with the product.
I have used Acrobat for years because it is safe and it is simple. It has many features that allows us to handle many different tasks. I have not found another software that has as many features, while being so easy to use.

Using Adobe to sign documents and and to fill in forms is quite simple and allows you to quickly move through a document without having to print the document and manually fill out the form and scan back in. It is also very easy to create a form that can be used throughout our organization which allows others to fill it in on the computer.
