Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Saving emails & documents as pdf for backup & retention. We also use it for notes on personnel action notices explaining how the PAN was processed. We also using it to create our manuals & processes. It is an everyday essential tool.

Pros

  • Perfect for document retention
  • Great editing capabilities
  • Works great for organizing sheets

Cons

  • I'm having trouble thinking of something that needs to be improved
  • Positive - we print less paper.
  • Positive - more info is saved in a digital format
  • Positivity - Improved compliance
  • Ease of Use
Ease of use & integration is the most important.
I cannot speak to this, as we fortunately we have not had any Adobe Acrobat security breaches.

It is well suited to create manuals & processing guides.

I also like to use it to save research papers. It's a great educational tool.
