Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

As a design student and content creator, I usually use Adobe Acrobat to review and sign contracts, or to annotate readings for school.

Pros

  • It is good for signing documents
  • It's good for sharing with other people
  • It's good for adding notes and annotating documents

Cons

  • I think AI assistant should work on images
  • I think AI assistant can also be valuable to analyze charts and data metrics
  • I think AI assistant can have better memory on past conversations and across documents
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
I value easy to use software the most because it will make my workflow much faster and more impactful. As a student, I need software that I can depend on and works easily across apps.

Adobe Acrobat is well suited for reviewing sharing documents, but it can improve on the ways you can annotate a document. I think the workflow as a student can be improved, especially with long texts. AI Assistant is good for text, but can improve with images and charts.
