Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
It is being used by the whole organization. It is used for everything from reading/opening PDF documents to creating multi-page interactive PDF's. I personally use it to change word documents from static to dynamic fillable pdf forms.
- Dynamic. Changes the way you think about static word/pdf documents
- Deep. Has tons of things that can be done. From combining multiple pdf's into one or breaking up pdf workbooks into multiple single pages.
- Gives you an unlimited amount of tools to adjust and tweak forms to meet your business needs.
- The support for questions is a little outdated online. When you have a question about functionality the community FAQ's are for older versions.
- Adobe is a huge company so customer service support with registration issues is not very quick.
- It is not the cheapest product. But for a business use, it is invaluable.
- It allows us to adjust forms to our needs. So we can change the wording from one department to another without having to create entirely new forms.
- Creating fillable forms allows work to be done quicker because you don't have to mess with formatting due to filling in.
- We can lock the forms so we can send to people outside the organization and not worry about terms being changed.
Much more robust. Support from Adobe. A trusted source for updates and I know it is going to work. Adobe can also be used on any device through their cloud share. So I can access my pdf's on my cell phone or iPad if I need to make adjustments while I am away from my desktop.
