Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Adobe Acrobat DC is amazing when it comes to editing PDF files; I love that this program gives you the ability to edit and manipulate PDFs, something that is almost impossible otherwise. You can combine PDFs, edit them, create them, and organize them. There are many options you didn't even know were possible. The ability to reduce PDFs or export as images is very nice. I also enjoy the scanned text option to allow searchable PDFs.

The app can be a little slow and somewhat laggy when you're importing or exporting big documents
The application can be really difficult and confusing to use when you start using it for the first time

Alternatives Considered

There's a lot of alternative programs that can edit or manipulate PDF files, but Adobe Acrobat DC is definitely full-featured and ticks all of the boxes of what the application should be able to do. The program is constantly adding new features that are beyond the scope of what we need to use the application for, but it is always nice to see that they are always working on improving the functionality of the program.

Likelihood to Recommend

You may get a client who sends you something over in a PDF format and you want to reuse something or you simply see a grammatical error and you can easily swap out the change in a couple clicks. Then re-save the file without bothering your client or making them wait.
