Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I started out using the basic free Adobe Acrobat. Over the years, I realized how versatile Adobe Acrobat DC could be and moved into the professional version. With everything going digital, it is easy for me to sign documents, edit, and even convert PDFs into text. Also, use it to make fill-in applications. The most frequent option that I use is converting documents into PDF.
  • Document signature
  • Converting documents into PDF
  • Highlighting text
  • Document compression
  • Converting PDF to text document
  • Easier multimedia integration
  • Real-time collaboration
  • Format control
  • Digital signature
  • Text conversion
  • Combining documents
  • Small file size
  • Easy text highlight
  • Increased productivity with fast file reproduction and printing
  • Easy way to sign documents/contracts
  • Ability to add security to documents
I like that no matter what digital format you use, from phone, laptop, or even an e-reader - Adobe Acrobat DC has a consistent document presentation and ability to use. No need for any special software or applications for an end-user to open and read a document.
It is important for our company to transmit HIPPA-compliant documents. With Adobe Acrobat DC's security features, we are allowed to password lock documents and then email them. An added bonus is the digital signature lock that tracks a computer to every signature. It gives me the added security of being able to lock documents from being edited or printed as well.
Adobe Acrobat DC has security features that are better than other products. I also like the touchscreen, tablet mode, for handwritten text integration within the PDF. Better file compression ratio as well.

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

The best option is when using documents with certain texts and layout -- and wanting a mass print/production of the same document without the loss of format and font alternations. Easy way to combine documents and securely lock them if need be. Wonderful for reading context as well. Not suited for presentations or reports.
