Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
We use Captivate Prime (CP) for training across all departments. With the recent situation of our nation, CP has allowed our company to continue our training process for new and experienced employees. We use CP for training our internal customers at this time, but we will look at how it implement external customer training in the future.
- Training and certification programs is amazing - easy to follow and understand courses.
- Customers service is always there to help and guide you in times of need.
- ELearning community is well structured and full of useful information.
- Asset library has many project options to get you started on any type of project.
- Adobe certified professional training was expensive and taught at a level that was not easy to understand or comprehend let alone retain for later use.
- Above mentioned training for not a good value - first day totally lost and second day wasn't much better.
- After spending $1000 for certification, I feel no more equipped to create modules than before the training - beware training is not for the beginners.
- When training module are completed and published our employee engagement is great - the time it takes to create and publish these modules is not cost effective at all.
- Employee engagement has seen an increase since utilizing our LMS system thus they're more productive and enjoy the training more.
- We want more employee engagement and think CP is the tool to accomplish this goal, but getting our trainers equipped with effective training to create and publish modules continue to be a struggle-even after the $1000 ACP:CP training program.
We had a change in training personal and the CSM was there for us a few weeks in a row to help with the transition. Since then we have not used our CSM, but I know we will be meeting to discuss further actions and possible training with our CSM. We want to be better equipped and trained to create project that will benefit our company and employees.
