Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
It is being used across the whole organization and is used for training external clients.
- Structured course catalogue.
- Easy course updates if using Adobe Captivate.
- Good reporting.
- Better licensing model for training organizations with unknown user count.
- Bring cost down for small companies.
- Better organization of courses and modules.
- Hard to get ROI due to minimum license requirements for small company.
Easy to deploy, relatively small learning curve, just a lot of different areas to cover. Implemented in less than a month.
I am not keen on the licensing model. It does not cater well for small businesses and training businesses that cannot easily predict how many licenses they will need.
Generally support is quick and effective. Would prefer 24/7 chat facility or something that is better aligned with UK timezone.
Customer Education
Captivate is expensive compared to many competitor products, but the functionality, ease of use and ease of implementation (particularly if you are using Adobe Captivate as a development tool) are superior.
