Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
We use Adobe Captivate Prime to train people about how to use our software and certify them as Basic, Intermediate, Advanced or Expert Users. Trainees include primarily customers, but also partners and internal employees. Our products are complex and users must be reliably proficient as the products are used in live, on air broadcast. Traditionally, customers are taught to use the products via live training on their site. However, this is a significant expense for them. Being able to deliver good, useful training online helps our customers save money and ensure that all of their employees achieve the required expertise. Internally, delivering training with a pre-built online system helps employees advance more quickly to an expert level and allows them to do so efficiently, in small chunks of time, without blocking off entire days for training or associated travel.

Yes, the pricing was fair and met our needs. We were given clear options and were able to choose one that works for us. Since we have both internal and external users, with a variety of needs, we really like the flexible licensing that allows us to pay for a certain number of user-months and then use those as needed, with the option to purchase more. We have not experienced any additional costs.
We have sought help with bulk upload of users and integration with our Hubspot. Our operations team was able to successfully work with Adobe support. We allow learners to register through a form on our website. Registration triggers an automated email that gives the learner a unique link to the Adobe platform. We are happy with this workflow and appreciate the role that the Adobe team played in helping us implement it.
