Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime

We train external clients using our content hosted on this LMS. The platform enables us to provide a reliable experience and is generally well suited to our needs. It has been improving since we deployed it and we have noticed better functionality. Our only criticism is that the quality of the support varies greatly from person to person.

We struggled here. Steep curve. It was a long time ago so cannot remember too much.
We had no problem understanding the licences and the fees. Support for this area was good.
We were provided with high quality support with regard to social learning and assignment modules.
More than one of the above
We found that the administration was difficult to understand at the beginning. Lots of the training videos are out of date and do not help. Also enrollment was problematic as we had a lot of difficulty when users ran into problems.
