Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Several departments use Adobe Captivate Prime, for different reasons. In my case, I develop training material globally in English and Spanish. I train about 100 people on some topic related to Internal Controls.

Pros and Cons

Accessibility
Animations
Easy to design

You need to study and read (this is not bad)
The training videos online are not very general
You need a training server it is hard to created standalone training materials that does not requires a training server

Return on Investment

it is very important tool to improve processes
It is helping me a lot to accomplish my goals

Exceptional Examples of Adobe Learning Manager Support

In my case I never used the support from Adobe. I would to know how to use Javacript with this product

Alternatives Considered

Adobe Experience Manager

Adobe Experience Manager is very different product, I can't compare with Adobe Captivate Prime

I think that there are limitless scenarios, I would say that limit is the imagination. It is will helpful to have a better site with better training material from Adobe
