Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Commerce

I am part if the IT team managing and developing our Adobe Commerce Platform

We use the platform for selling our products at different markets across our company. Currently we are supporting 3 markets, several more are to come

Pros

  • Product catalogue and management of products
  • Very variable for setting up and configure the environments

Cons

  • Better management of prices (new services available, I know)
  • Upgrade of platform, patches, relative big leaps to take if you need to upgrade
  • Finding the right configuration can be hard - there can be many ways of "getting the job done"
  • Easier deployment processes using Adobe Cloud
  • better interaction with system monitoring using New Relic
  • Better and easier access to API management
Depite the quirks that comes from a highly customized platform, the system is solid and performing well.
