Using to ran D2C biz at our company.
The integration with other Adobe products

Pros

  • easy to manage orders from back end

Cons

  • Ease of expansion to B2B from B2C
  • ease of the integration with payment provider
  • Speed of the growth on the biz
  • higher AOV than other channel
product itself is really reliable, set up to scale and expand but would be better if the integration between Adobe was more clear and easy
more alignment to biz and since we were using already AEM
