Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Adobe Spark)

I use Adobe Creative Cloud Express to create and share social media graphics and videos for the University Athletics social media pages. This makes it quick and easy to post information faster and provides a steady stream of templates and design choices that increase engagement with our social media followers, as well as our athletes.

  • The only negative is that sometimes the designs are too basic, but even then that can be good sometimes.
I have never had any major issues with Adobe Creative Cloud Express, and the few times there were a minor issue it was resolved quickly and without a hassle. Adobe is constantly updating and upgrading the features of the Creative Cloud Express so often times the small issues I have get fixed within a short amount of time making the application more useful than before. The FAQ section is also updated to assist with the minor questions I have had.

Adobe Creative Cloud Express is quick to use and easy to learn. There are hundreds of useful applications for Creative Cloud Express. From making a quick poster, to unique ad designs. You can use it for small projects, or use it to create grandiose campaigns that require several different formats for your needs.
The professional services for Adobe Creative Cloud Express is top notch and should be highly commended. I am thoroughly impressed with how far Adobe has come. In the past, I had several issues with how something were handled, but in the past few years things have been better than ever and they get no complaints from me.
There are two different plans for the Adobe Creative Cloud Express, the free version is highly recommended for those you do not need all the extra bells and whistles. However, if you want to spend $10 a month ($100 annually) you have access to several premium templates and access to adobe stock images.

For most people the free version that comes with Creative Cloud memberships is all you need.
I think Adobe Creative Cloud Express is great for those who do not have a lot of experience with graphic design or photography. I use it to post quick and easy images and information on social media. I would not recommend it to be used for more advanced graphics and more detailed posts.

I have not used any other products like Adobe Creative Cloud Express. Adobe Creative Cloud Express has been the best thing for me and my work. I have no need to use any other products that are remotely close to Adobe Creative Cloud Express. I will probably not look for any alternatives either. Adobe Creative Cloud Express is good enough for me.
