Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Adobe Spark)

Here at StrataCore, we need to create collaterals for our Sales Rep to do their jobs, and nowadays nothing beats real-time collaboration. Adobe not only allows us to collaborate but to share work in progress projects but also administrates who gets access to which apps. Teamwork collaboration is definitely easier using Adobe Creative Cloud.

Pros

  • Automative backups
  • Library coordination
  • Install/Uninstall apps and keeping them up-to-date

Cons

  • Library coordination can be tricky if you don't know what you're looking for
  • When the app updates gets stuck you need to restart your MacBook
  • Cross apps functionally could be more seamless
  • Paying a subscription fee es way more convenient that paying for a set of apps
  • I can have more members of the team using Adobe Suite apps
  • License admin is way easier and less time consuming
While having a library of templates, stock photos and design assets sounds good on paper, the reality is other. There are good options but nothing that adapts to the more serious/professional needs of our company. Also, having to access the Adobe Creative Cloud app to access these assets is rather annoying.
This is actually my first time using Adobe Creative Cloud and, as matter of fact, I was learning how to use Adobe Illustrator last year and that's why started using Creative Cloud. From a beginner's perspective, I have found it intuitive and easy to get a grasp of it without any context or experience. I'm very pleased with it.
Adobe Creative Suite has many valuable features, and the app itself is pretty easy to use; from a beginner's perspective, it is intuitive and easy to use. However, I sometimes wish I could use it without the app; having a web version could be better. Sometimes having to use the apps adds another layer of processes. It's pretty practical and helpful, but I cannot deny this.

Do you think Adobe Express delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Express's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Express live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Express go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Express again?

Yes

If I'm starting a new project from scratch Adobe Creative Cloud is a great tool, everything seems to be designed or thought of precisely that, from working on my computer to working online (uploading to the cloud). However, when I work to pick up projects uploaded to our company's SharePoint, it is more tricky and not seamless.
