Adobe Customer Journey helps me to bring my customer information from other online mediums and also from my offline database .This features allows me to do marketing and work hassle-free.Analytical process is made pretty much easier with this adobe tool.Customer Journey's step by step process can be done by Adobe customer journey tool with ease and in less time .

As it is a product of Adobe company , i can tell this tool also maintains the standard of it in the market. The functionity and features are both helpful and easy to understand.

I would love to recommend this tool to all but only issues is the pricing . As it is a product of adobe we cannot the price to be less but it is not affortable to all.That is why i gave the score of 7 out of 10 else this tool is extremely helpful to marketers like me to do the activities in less time.
