Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

Being a designer adobe is something which is always there to solve your problem and customer journey analytics is one such tool that comes in handy while working in an organization. It's a game-changer tool for us and quite easy to use to interpret data. I have used this to analyze and interpret data which helped our organization with more user-friendly designs and it also helped the marketing team of our organization. The other best part is its integration with other software which makes it very easy to use. It can handle email interactions, clickstream, call center calls, and whatnot, it's like a whole package you're getting in one place. One thing they can work on is the bugs and glitches but it is quite understandable as the tool is quite new to the market the first impression of the tool is literally mind-blowing and for the price we pay it actually stands on the expectations as it brings a lot of value for the money. Not only the User interface is amazing as one needs a few hours they get hold of the tool. The customer support as well, If you have a problem they can get it solved without making you wait for unnecessarily longer hours

  • Customer journey analytics can be used to analyse data from a range of data sources and the data can be visualised, filtered etc. by users.
  • It also allows users to handle custom data to handle their specific needs and the data can be catered as per users need its like your own customised platform.
  • The best part is the integration users can connect this to various other platforms with one ID. This helps the user with easier usage and less hassle as everything is kind off a click away.

Cons

  • First thing is the app can be smoother to use as being new in market the tool experiences bugs and glitches which is not appealing.
  • Though the pricing is reasonable but still one can find more economical options in the market so they can go bit low on the pricing side.
  • I love the integration feature but the data is not always accurate as because of glitches at times your data gets compromised and not accurate
  • With the help of customer journey analytics we managed to have better marketing campaigns which helped our product to reach 2X people
  • In terms of ROI the tool is good but there are plenty of fish in the sea and cheaper but yes features provided by them are more so had no negative impact on that term but pricing can be improved
  • Because of this tool we managed to find almost double loopholes and bottlenecks in our product which helped in better product and better revenue
The Adobe customer journey analytics is a brilliant tool one solution to your million problems. I gave the tool 9 points only on this basis that it literally blows my mind with soo many features and amazing solutions to your problems. The one point less is only for the better experience as no one likes a glitchy tool one wants their experience as smooth as possible especially when someone is paying for that experience so this is the only thing they can work on and yes there's is always scope of improvement we will never mind more new and amazing features which will make our lives more easier.
One major reason is no one can beat adobe in customer service even if we have problem they are their to help you out immediately. The amount of features and the ease of using tool customer journey analytics provide is sufficient for my organisation as other platforms are bit complicated and take ample of time to learn them properly whereas this is just super easy and to get hold of it and as per the price area this is the best available in market.

The thing which helps me the most is I get to see one apps data on one place for instance if there's my company app and for UX/UI design purposes I need data and analytics Customer journey analytics comes in handy as this tool brings you a whole journey on how customers or users interacts with your company's brand across different channels like on web, social media, mobile phones, etc. which not only helps me as a designer but also helps in marketing also as we can identify the loopholes, the good points, the bad points, the pain point of user and we can have better strategy for marketing as well as better designs for ease of the users. Another point is it not only helps us to understand all this but we can implement the changes and can have insight whether our product is performing well or not and best part is that it also predict and can help us to provide relevant solutions. It can also identify what worked well for you and your company by collecting data and giving you the analytics of on what the users responded the most. My organisation used it for these purposes and so far no complaints except the smoother no glitch interface.
