Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Express

We use Adobe Express to promote our newsletter on social media and it helps us address our efforts to improve brand awareness. Also gives me the opportunity to introduce design and layout to non-creative staff.

Pros

  • Layout design suggestions via templates
  • scheduling - shared schedules vs personal schedules
  • elements for design - I like what I"m seeing so far
  • export for web

Cons

  • Vendor options for printing via the app. I think only Zazzle is available now. Would be cool to also have the option to use Shutterfly.
  • when clicking on an item, I wish the settings menu for that item would be easier to see.
  • Easier menu for AI generation. right now you can generate images and templates in multiple places but it might be nice to just have one button menu for AI generation that includes templates and images.
  • increased traffic due to more consistent posting
  • More than one staff member can use it so its easy to create more content
  • less time needed to go to each platform and schedule the posts
pretty good templates that are easy for me to customize and change
It's very easy for our biologist who helps with communications to pick it up and start helping with designing and scheduling
It's pretty fast. I especially the crop feature where you can just expand the box and the image crop within the box.
We selected Adobe Express because it was part of creative cloud and I think it stacks up well. I think anyone who uses Canva can easily use Adobe Express.

It's well suited for social media because we want to be able to have a faster turnaround time for the visuals and of course, the scheduling is soooo helpful especially the suggested / idea promotes for each day. It's less appropriate when designing unique items to our company - for example the fish elements. If we could edit them to be more custom, it would make sense to use Adobe Express more often in other situations like print.
