Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Firefly

For about 12 months now, Adobe Firefly has been embedded within Adobe PhotoShop and is beginning to appear in Adobe’s other core products. With image generation and other generative features, Adobe Firefly has given a new lease of life to apps like Photoshop, making it easier than ever to edit and make unique designs. I use Adobe Firefly mainly in Photoshop to generative expand my canvas and mask out objects from Photos.

Pros

Cons

  • Could be implemented within other apps like Premiere Pro
  • Could be quicker but no complaints
  • Increase productivity
  • Makes my life easier, less stress
  • Less product training
It’s a simple as typing in a prompt and pushing the generate button. It really is a simple as most generative AI and crucially it is built straight into the software so works seamlessly.

I work in marketing, so I use Adobe Firefly all the time. It’s something that has really helped me over the last 12 months with my work, especially in things like graphic design and image manipulation. More recently I’ve been using Adobe Firefly features within Adobe Illustrator which is allowed me to create more interesting designs For print.
