Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Firefly
I use Adobe Firely to create complex graphic elements to be used in our marketing material. The main two uses have so far been creating isolated flavor graphics (for example, a sour candy, lollipop, or fruit) to use on flavor extension labels and artwork. Firefly is also very effective for creating title assets (for example, text made out of lighting, fire, or frozen popsicles) that would usually be very time-consuming to generate manually. Being able to generate artwork to use as a reference or upload your own is extremely helpful in getting a near-perfect result.
Pros
- Generating realistic, clear AI images.
- Referencing a style gives you control over the result.
- Referencing a shape helps you create complex shapes/text.
Cons
- It is only able to generate to a certain size. I have found it gets to a point where artwork can't be used on large-scale prints.
- Picking a result and adding further prompts.
- Automatic ratio detection off reference image.
- Included with our CC plan, very cost effective if already on the right plan.
- Saves hours it would take to create complex imagery.
- The possibility to use less stock images.
