Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Firefly

Used by Operations team to create support case articles. Eliminates the use of stock images. The scope of the use case is limited to the operations dept.

Adobe Firefly is easy to use as compared to other AI generation tools. Has the "adobe" feel, so good and easy for staff who have had previous experience on Adobe platforms. Web based AI eliminates the need to use a software product that may be limited to a certain platform only,
UI is present, so makes it easier to use.
