Review on Adobe Journey Optimizer

I use AJO for creating journeys and campaigns for North America, also I create audiences where those campaigns are going to read to send the different actions like emails, SMS and Push notifications. I use it to export audiences as well to different groups and the business problems the product addresses is the right communication with client, using the right channel and program campaigns suitable for each customer

I use Adobe Journey Optimizer to provide an impactful customer journey by making sure I use the right data saved on AEP, the right schema and data set and get a good audience that the message will be very relevant to, like for example people engaged on certain campaigns, or with different enrichment values

It impacted my day to day by being confident that the customer will receive the message in the channel most convenient to them, in a time frame most suitable like using S time optimization according on the profile behaviour. and this also gives me good reports after the campaign is over
