Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We use Adobe Marketo Engage as our main database for our robust email marketing to thousands of health workers and organizations about our products. We've also synched Adobe Marketo Engage with SalesForce to give true leads to our sales organization to follow up with prospects and close deals.

We are trying to drive product engagement and reach audiences as best as possible. We use Adobe Marketo Engage to gather critical information so we can turn a prospect into a full lead. Our content is our key driver to inform and have them make decisions, and then have them convert through a Marketo form.
Marketo is a more full-featured, robust program than just other plain email subscription management platform. There's more you can do with Marketo than the others. With that complexity comes a more higher level of learning, but it's not too steep of a curve if you understand the basic principles in play.

Adobe Marketo Engage works great in managing your database of email contacts and prospects and helps to propel them over to your sales organization for follow-up. Setting up long-tail email programs is pretty straightforward to provide good content to your audience. I've found the stats consistent and easy to use, but I mainly download them into more complete campaign dashboards.
