Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
We use Marketo to send out all our marketing emails. This includes newsletters, webinar and event invitations, links to resources on our webpage, and drip/nurture campaigns. We send out B2B emails, but also internal communications. We typically send out, on average, 2 emails a day to multiple audiences. We use scoring models to nurture a lead to MQL status.

- There are many times when Marketo runs very slow, which can significantly affect productivity
- The modules/templates need to be more user-friendly - if you're not a web designer, or have access to one, they're tough to work with

- Customer Service
- Lead Management
- Prospecting / New Business
Our main goal for all of these scenarios is to nurture leads to a point where sales can come in and close the deal. And I believe that Marketo does a very good job of helping us achieve those goals. This is accomplished primarily through the lead nurture and MQL processes built within the Marketo architecture.
